I’m putting a new rule in place to protect appointments for those who truly need them.
My diary is maxed out and I have absolutely no problems with that, I’m honoured that I have the ability to provide soft tissue therapy to those people who put their trust in me.
But I don’t have tolerance for those who are comfortable taking that time away from people in need.
New clients who do not turn up to their appointment will be listed and will not be able to book any future appointments.
If you don’t feel like you can drop a cancellation text to me, I’m not the therapist for you.
