How to stop groin pain

Stretches not working? Read on for how to stop groin pain with this simple soft tissue release

The reason I want talk about how to stop groin pain, is many of you have started to take up running which is fantastic! This huge boom in new runners has lead to a lot of you limping in with groin pain, so I thought I would share this easy way to help ease your hip flexors and stop groin pain.

Of course, as I mention in the video, not every groin injury is the same. There could be a tear, a strain or something else completely going on mechanically which could be causing your groin pain – in which case this soft tissue release won’t help long term, or even at all! This tip is simply for a tight or spasming  hip flexor as a result of a wrong move, poor footing or lack of warm up/warm down. If your groin pain doesn’t subside after a few days – make sure that you get in touch!

Please remember everyone is different, and there may be contraindications to using this soft tissue release  PLEASE make sure that you do your research before carrying out this soft tissue release on yourself  ESPECIALLY if you have had any major or recent operations, are pregnant or have had hernias  if you have ANY hesitation that this is safe for you to carry out, please get in touch and come in for a consultation.

Again, if there’s any questions you have, I always look forward to hearing from each and every one of you, so please do feel free to get in touch for any queries – related to groin pain or not!
